Garlic Prawns

You will need:

  • 10 tiger prawns
  • 1/2 a bell pepper- de-seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic – finely chopped
  • 30g butter
  • 2 table spoons of olive oil
  • Parsley, to garnish

Preparation Method:

  1. Place the butter, olive oil, garlic and sweet pepper in the serving dish and put in the oven for five minutes until the butter is melted.
  2. Carefully remove the dish from the oven and add the prawns. Spoon the hot garlic sauce over the prawns so they are well covered.
  3. Place the dish into the oven which is pre-heated to 220 degrees, for three minutes. Remove from the oven and spoon the garlic sauce over the prawns again so they are covered once more. Return to the oven for a further four minutes or until the prawns have turned pink.
