Onion Gravy

You will need:

  • 2 Red Onions
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 knobs of Butter
  • Rosemary or Thympe
  • 6 tbs of Balsamic Vinegar
  • Stock Cube

Preparation Method:

  1. Fry off your onions and garlic in the butter on a medium heat for about 5 minutes until they go sweet and translucent.
  2. You could add a little thyme or rosemary if you like.
  3. Add the balsamic vinegar and allow it to reduce by half.
  4. Sprinkle in your stock cude and add a little water.
  5. Allow to simmer until ready
