You will need:
- Lamb chops
- Two potatoes
- Two carrots
- Broccoli
Preparation Method:
- Firstly you need to bring your potatoes to boil for your mash this will take around 3o mins
- While this is cooking cook your carrots and broccoli, I cook them in the same pan which will take about 20 mins
- For your lamb rub salt and pepper each side
- Place your lamb chops into a hot pan with a little oil
- Fry each chop for approximately 3minutes each side (at most)
- By now your potatoes will be ready to mash, I like to add a little butter and a splash of milk when mashing.
Serve and enjoy :0)

We all know that the worst part about cooking with onions is the chopping of them. Here are some quick tips to how you can cook onions without crying.
- Chill the onions in the fridge for about half an hour or the freezer for fifteen minutes before chopping.
- Dunk your onions into cold water for 20 minutes first.
- Use a sharp knife. Using a blunt knife will crush the cell walls, rather than cleanly slice through them—this crushing releases more of the gas that hurts your eyes.
- If your recipe calls for chopped onions, cut a cone out of the root base, removing the root in its entirety—this central core of the onion contains the bulk of cells that release those eye-irritating gases.
- Chop onions near a fan or underneath the vent fan over your stove to help draw away the gas.
- Chop you onions next to a lit flame, this will draw the gasses released towards the flame.
- Try chopping whilst you eat a piece of white bread, many people claim this works.
- Chew gum while you chop.
- If all else fails why not get out the blender!
